How do I connect my bank accounts?

Connect your bank accounts easily and safely when you first sign up for from the Apple or Google Store.

Connecting your accounts will help us paint a better picture of your financial health. Choose to connect as
few or as many financial accounts as you’d like and we’ll help keep it all locked down in one central place.

You can connect more accounts directly in the app, via the Money Page, under Institutions.

How do you make money?

Not on your data, that’s for sure. We promise to NEVER sell what isn’t made
by us. And you, my friend, were not made by us. Seriously, we make money on our Premium product offering. We also make money on (some) partnership agreements. And, lastly, we retain a small fee from our banking partners for hosting your Savings account.

Is my data secure? employs bank-level security across all aspects of its app. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use
whitelisted IPs for access internally and utilized 2factor authentication for all users. In short, security is our number
one priority.

How do I close my account?

We’re always sorry to see a Nav.igator leave us. But, we get it. Sometimes the shoe just doesn’t quite fit. If you want to
close your account, simply head to your profile and click ‘cancel.’ If you have any questions, always feel free to reach
out to us at and we’ll do the canceling for you!

Why do you ask me about my daily money mindset?

We are so happy you asked! Your daily money mindset is just as important as your daily money moves. As you likely
know, we’re all about a growth month mindset. And the best way to foster that positive outlook is to monitor and
reflect (or ‘note’) those times you’re feeling high and those when you’re feeling a little… well, not so high. It’s all about
noting what events trigger our thoughts around our financial opportunity and outlook. If we take a moment each day
to recognize and accept how we’re feeling, we’ll feel more capable and in-powered to move forward with clear
direction and a strategy to support our longterm success.

Savings Account Information

1. What do I need to know about the Savings Account?

When you open your Spending Account, you are presented with an option to open your Savings Account. If you
choose to open your Savings Account at a later time, you can always do so at your convenience. Use the mobile
app and visit the Goals screen for instructions.

How do I close my Savings Account?

If you want to close your Savings Account, contact our Community Services team at

Keep in mind that once you close your Savings Account, your funds are immediately transferred to your Spending
Account. Federal law states that once your Savings Account is closed, you will not be able to re-open your Savings
Account for 90 days.

2. What is Automatic Savings and how does it work?
How does Automatic Savings work?

Setting money goals and meeting your deadlines for them can be tough. Our Automatic Savings tool is here to help
you save money for each goal, without having to constantly worry you’re off track.

How do I turn Automatic Savings on or off?

When you first open your Savings Account, you are asked if you’d like to turn
on Automatic Savings. You can turn Automatic Savings on or off at any time from your account through the mobile app.
From the mobile app:
a. Open the app & login
b. Open the Auto-Save goal
c. Toggle off Austo-Save

How much can I save with Automatic Savings?

You can save as much as you want with! It's safe and secure and a great way to stash your cash. We use ACH so there is a three to five day processing time. Also, please note that if you want to transfer the money back to your primary checking account, you can transfer up to $1500 per day based on FDIC regulations. So calculate accordingly if you want to withdraw more and take the ACH timing into account. If you have any questions, please feel free to email

Personal Account Information

1. How do I change or update my personal information?
You’re in luck, this is a super easy one.

Head on over to your Profile page (top right of your app screen) to make any edits to your profile. You’ll see an ‘Edit’
button at the upper right corner of your Profile page screen. Tap on that to edit your name, username and all the
important stuff to keep your information, your own.
